At Black River Financial, Taylor is responsible for providing superior customer service by delivering timely, efficient and accurate assistance relative to client accounts. Taylor also manages the firm’s proprietary client database, as well as coordinates client events, meetings and projects.

Taylor Jayne is a graduate of the University of Delaware, with a bachelor's degree in Business Management with minors in psychology and management information systems. She began her professional career in human resources as an HR Coordinator for a company of 300-plus employees. She upholds her HR accreditation as a Certified Professional through SHRM.  Taylor has since transitioned to client support and and administrative services tailored for small business.
